Our exceptional Dietary Manager and his team exercised their culinary skills by designing a fall pork themed four course menu for the event. We featured a field green salad with grilled peaches and prosciutto, tender pork belly with a cherry port reduction, wild rice stuffed pork loin with mushroom risotto and finished with an espresso ice cream with candied bacon.
Our table décor included gorgeous copper and orange fall colors designed by the Life Enrichment team. The mood was joyful and relaxed as seventy two guests enjoyed a fine restaurant dining experience.
We always appreciate the opportunity to serve our residents and their families. We are especially grateful to have the opportunity to come together as a team and serve them during this fine dining experience.
