Team members who have made a difference can be nominated for the Dignity In Action award. This award will be given out quarterly and is a true honor. You have a say in helping us honor exceptional team members.

2026 AHCA Silver Award – The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program is a progressive, three-step process that encourages the continuous learning, development, and execution of integrated quality systems to achieve performance excellence. The Silver Award is the second of three progressive levels of distinction in the National Quality Award Program. A community must earn the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award before it can apply for the Silver. Each progressive step requires a more detailed and comprehensive demonstration of quality integration and performance. The criteria for each step are based on the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.
