TherapiesRegistered physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech pathologists are available to assist residents in achieving maximum independence and improved quality of life. Residents will benefit from state-of-the-art modality equipment and treatments administered by highly skilled therapists.

Vetter Senior Living has a program that is specifically designed for the individuals who live in our facilities. This option focuses on “your” care in the facility based on “your” needs. Goals:

Comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy and are available to individuals in our community. These programs are designed to restore the participant to the highest possible level of functional independence through individualized treatment plans approved by your physician. Our professional therapy team is fully licensed/credentialed. Our outpatient rehabilitation services include the use of state-of-the-art modality equipment.

Brookestone Home Health Care delivers personalized care by our team of skilled professionals who visit the patient in their home. We work with the patient’s physician to provide the best plan of care to meet their recovery goals.
Our facilities are certified to meet all requirements of the Medicare program. When you receive services that are covered by Medicare, we will bill those services directly to Medicare. We will also bill any coinsurance to your Medigap/Medicare supplement policy on your behalf. Our team is very knowledgeable about the Medicare program and is available to assist you whenever needed.
Short-term, temporary care is provided to people with disabilities so their families can take a break from the daily routine of caregiving.
Residents, who face terminal illness, and their families benefit from guidance and comfort provided by medical professionals, hospice organizations, clergy, counselors, and skilled volunteers. We can help by bringing this support team together to provide round-the-clock services that make the precious final days of life as comfortable as possible.
